YouTuber Twisted Kaiba went through every single edition of NBA 2K, all the way back to the original Dreamcast release, to find out who was the highest-rated player each year.

NBA 2K cover star Allen Iverson was a 97 in 1999, but the game was soon taken over by Kevin Garnett, the first-ever NBA 2K 99 overall, Shaq and Kobe Bryant.
